These sessions are designed with a customized, 1-1 approach to therapy for ages 12+. Sessions can be offered virtually or on-site in Boerne, Texas. Included in each session is:

• Agenda for session based on a shared-decision treatment planning approach. 

• Inclusion of new or developing personal material 

• A skills-based modality that offers compassionate understanding, challenging, and useable skills

• Between-session practice ideas, if requested. 

These sessions are designed for couples and families using the Gottman Appproach™. Sessions are exclusively offered on-site in Boerne, Texas. Included in each session is:

• Focus on understanding and healing instead of mediation and refereeing. 

• Compassionate support that also redirects when de-escalation is needed.

• Between-session practice ideas, if requested.

These sessions are required for caregiver(s) of minor-aged clients enrolled in Individual Clinical Mental Health Counseling services, and optional for young-adult clients who request and provide consent for caregiver inclusion. Included in each session is:

• Loop-in of general goals and intentions actively in- progress with client. 

• Overview of methods utilized in sessions

• Sharing areas of growth and areas of continued challenge in effort to support healing at home

• Invitation for feedback and context-observations from caregiver(s) to therapist

These sessions are offered as an additional support option in an effort toward continuity of care across professionals who are serving an individual client (minor or adult; consent required). 

Included in each session is:

• Extension of warm, professional relationship with members of client's care team

• Inclusive of psychiatrists, pediatricians, school counselors, sports coaches, activity mentors etc.

• Deeper understanding of contexts that impact client care, increasing the benefit of counseling

• ​
